This is a two-step chemical system used for permanent thermal straightening:

Professional Application Process Overview
1. Hair Preparation
Assess hair suitability (EX strength is for coarse, thick, highly resistant natural hair only)
Wash with clarifying shampoo (no scalp irritation)
Dry hair to 80–100% depending on technique
2. Step 1 – Smoothing Cream (EX)
Section hair into four parts
Apply evenly with brush, starting from the nape
Keep 1 cm away from scalp
Process for 15–25 minutes (max 30 minutes)
Check elasticity regularly to avoid over-processing
Rinse thoroughly with warm water (no shampoo)
3. Thermal Straightening
Blow-dry hair completely straight
Flat iron in very thin sections at 180°C–200°C
Repeat until hair is smooth, straight, and glossy
4. Step 2 – Neutralising Lotion
Apply evenly section by section
Keep hair straight and smooth during application
Leave for 10 minutes
Rinse thoroughly and apply treatment mask
5. Aftercare (First 48–72 Hours)
Do not wash or wet hair
Avoid tying, clipping, or bending hair
Keep hair completely straight to avoid permanent kinks
