L'Oréal Professionnel X-Tenso Moisturist Smoothing Cream 1 N is a professional salon-grade permanent hair straightening (rebonding) treatment designed for normal to natural hair that has not been heavily chemically processed.

This is Step 1 of the X-Tenso straightening system, formulated to soften and restructure the hair by breaking internal disulfide bonds, allowing the hair to be reshaped into a smooth, straight finish. It is intended for professional use and must be followed by a neutralizing cream (Step 2) to lock in the straightened structure.

The “N” variant is specifically developed for natural, normal-resistance hair types, offering effective straightening performance while maintaining hair manageability and smoothness.

During the treatment process, the smoothing cream works by penetrating the hair fiber and relaxing its internal structure. After processing, the hair is reshaped using heat (blow-dry and flat iron), then fixed in place with the neutralizer to create long-lasting straight results.
